The event will showcase the finest amateur sailors in the world and will be the most significant event that the New York Yacht Club has hosted since the last America’s Cup here in 1983.

A local team, with PUMA (Volvo Ocean Race) skipper Ken Read aboard, will represent the USA on behalf of the New York Yacht Club.
